Coconut Butter is also known Coconut Spread or Concentrate.
Coconut Butter is not coconut oil. Opika's Organic Coconut Butter is a delicious blend of creamy coconut meat produced from dry shredded whole meat passing through colloid mill and pureed into a creamy butter.
At room temperature, there may be a layer of oil on top as the coconut flesh and oil may separate. Coconut meat by nature is 65% oil.
It has low G.I due to its high fibre content (1 tblsp has 2gm fiber). It is slightly sweet, rich in coconut flavor with high lauric acid and healthy fats which boosts your metabolism; aids weight loss and increase energy level. It contains essential amino acids, calcium and magnesium.

Eat off the spoon.
Stir well, for spreadable keep it in semi-solid state.
