Suggested Use
Sprinkle onto your favourite drinks, food, and dessert.
Aid for Arthritis - Mixed 1 tbsp black pepper pdr, 4 tblsp turmeric pdr, 3-4 tblsp warm water. Cook paste at low temperature with 3 tblsp organic virgin coconut oil for 7 minutes. Freeze paste in trays with tiny cube holes (5 mm x 5mm). Consume the frozen turmeric, 1 to 2 cubes daily, as desired.
