*Notes: This feeding table is only for your guidance. A term baby, weighing 2.5 kg or more, needs an average of 150ml/ kg body weight of milk per day. The exact amount at one feed varies. Complementary food should be introduced to your baby from 6 months of age. Please consult your baby's health professional.

Preparation Instructions
1 Place cleaned feeding and preparation equipment into water. Make sure it is completely immersed and that no air bubbles are trapped.
2 Cover pan with a lid and bring to a rolling boil. Making sure the pan does not boil dry.
3 Wash hands with soap and water. Dry with clean cloth or disposable towel.
4 Read formula instructions to find out the exact amount of water and powder your infant needs. Adding more or less could make infants ill.
5 Pour correct amount of boiled water into clean and sterilized feeding bottle. The water should be cooled down to about 40°C. Be careful to avoid scalds.
6 Mix thoroughly by gently shaking bottle.
7 Immediately cool under running tap water or in container of cold or iced water. Do not wet or immerse bottle lid and teat.
8 Check feed temperature by dripping a little onto the inside of your wrist. It should feel lukewarm, not hot.
Cool further if necessary.
9 Feed infant. Discard any feed that has not been consumed within 2 hours.

Storage

Store pack in a cool dry and airtight container
For freshness, use contents within 3 weeks after opening.

WARNING: Unboiled water, unboiled bottles or incorrect preparation can make your body ill. Only prepare one bottle at each feeding. Discard any left over milk that has not been consumed for more than 2 hours. Follow preparation instructions exactly.

Important: Boiled water must be cooled down to about 40°C (lukewarm) before use for reconstitution to prevent the loss of viable probiotic cultures (Bifidobacterium lactis CNCM 1-3446). Consume immediately after preparation. Close pack tightly after use.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: All mothers are encouraged to breastfeed their babies exclusively with breast milk from birth until 6 months of age and thereafter to continue until the child is 2 years old. Therefore from birth until 6 months of age, babies should be given only breast milk, need no water or other milk and need no complementary foods.
