Preparation and Storage
Preparation and Usage
1. Measure 2 cups of rice and wash until clean.
2. Measure 2 1/2 cups (450 ml) of water and pour into rice cooker.
3. Soak the rice for a minimum of 30 minutes.
4. After soaking, switch on the rice cooker.
5. Rice will be cooked automatically after about 15 - 20 minutes.
6. Keep the cooked rice in cooker for 20 minutes.
7. Ready to serve.
Note : If using an electric rice cooker, combine 1 1/2 cups of rice with 2 cups of water. Continue as directed by rice cooker manufacturer.
