Preparation and Usage
Preparation / Suggestion:
1. Pour 1 cup of frozen smoothie cubes into a jar or a shaker.
2. Add a 1/4 to 1/2 cup of hot water.
3. Stir or shake it 30 sec.
4. Rest 30 seconds. Stir or shake again and enjoy!
Alternative 1: Open the box and put the frozen or thawed smoothie cubes in the blender. Mix with liquid (water, apple or orange juice) as you like - drink and enjoy.
Alternative 2: Thaw 112,5 g smoothie for approx. 30 minutes at room temperature. Add approx. 50 ml water or apple juice to suit your taste. Package contains up to 4 glasses.

Keep frozen.
