A new way to Krunch!
Try our deliciously fun Oat Krunch Nutty Chocolate Muffin
Serving: For 24
Preparation time: 5 minutes
What you need:
300g Raw sugar
A little salt
265g Top flour
30g Cocoa powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Baking powder
80g Salad oil
240g Unsalted butter
105g Low fat fresh milk
1 tsp Chocolate paste
100g Chocolate block
150g Oat Krunch Nutty Chocolate cookies, crushed
50g Chocolate chips
How to make:
• Preheat oven at 200°C
• To make Chocolate Cream, heat butter with salad oil. Add fresh milk, chocolate paste and chocolate block. Stir until chocolate melted. Set aside
• Using an electric whisk, beat Ingredients A on medium speed for 10 mins
• Sift Ingredients B together. Gently fold into egg mixture
• Fold in Chocolate Cream (Ingredients C). Add 100g Oat Krunch Nutty Chocolate cookies and mix briefly
• Spoon the batter into paper cases 80% full. Sprinkle with remaining Oat Krunch Nutty Chocolate cookies and chocolate chips (Ingredients D). Bake for 14-15 mins
Store in cool, clean, dry place
